Description
Our Hexagon Hip Shade structures feature a six-column design with a canopy tensioned over a hip and ridge frame. These shades are an affordable option for park, school, and church landscapes. For northern customers and customers located in coastal areas, we recommend utilizing our optional Glide Elbow accessory which allows for easier installation, removal, and tensioning of the canopy to give you the ability to remove your canopy if needed. We offer nearly 100 standard versions of our hip shades with the option of creating custom sizes as well. Standard sizes range from 20′ to 40′ with 8′, 10′, and 12′ entry eave heights. For customers in coastal areas or northern climates, we recommend adding our optional Glide Elbow™ fabric tensioning accessory which makes it easier to install, remove, and tension the shade canopy. Additionally, it is recommended for coastal area customers to upgrade their shade structure with stainless steel cables and hardware.
